After financial arrangements have been confirmed with your chosen foundations for your spine injury or otherwise, AMS will gladly contact these people and finalize payment for you.

This foundation is dedicated to enhancing the life of spinal cord injured individuals and families by providing adaptive equipment and to finding a cure for spine injuries through increased funding of research, resulting in self-reliance and the ability to be as independent as possible.
G.O.A.L.S. - Go Out and Live Successfully! - Florida and nationwide
G.O.A.L.S., Inc. (Go Out And Live Successfully!) is a foundation dedicated to helping people with spinal cord injuries better access their environment. They provide funds to meet a mobility-related need for spine-related needs.
Kevin Kitchnefsky Foundation for Spinal Cord Research - Pennsylvania (PA) residents
If you or a loved one has suffered a spinal cord injury and need financial assistance, you should know that 30% of the money we raise is passed on to deserving individuals and organizations. You, or someone you know, could be eligible for a K Grant. These special awards are designed to help offset the costs of equipment, therapy, caregiver respite, fees and/or medical bills incurred as a result of a spinal cord injury.

Bank of America Access Loans1 provide affordable and flexible terms for individuals with disabilities or access needs. Purchase the equipment you need to make your home and car accessible. Available in AZ, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MD, ME, MO, NH, NJ, NV, NY, NM, NC, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, & the District of Columbia.
Mobility Vehicle and Access Loans
Available from Digital Federal Credit Union as part of membership benefits through the American Association of People with Disabilities (only $15/year) This program is available in Georgia, Colorado, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
NTAF Emergency Grant Program (National)
The NTAF Emergency Grant Program aims to help patients who have exhausted all other resources by providing them with a one-time grant for fundraising. Categories of grant payments include: a month of medications or medication co-pays; gaps in Medicare coverage; relocation housing following transplantation; donor expenses; one month payment of primary residence rent or mortgage for transplant patients who have had to relocate; and adaptive equipment or ramps for spinal cord injury patients. Social workers or financial coordinators should call NTAF and speak with a Patient Services Coordinator who will help determine a patient's eligibility for this limited program.
