Jill Rowe loves her customers. If there was an office award for most hugs given out it would have Jill's name all over it! Since 2007, Jill has been making friends and selling vans for AMS Vans, Inc, and with over 2 decades in the customer service industry, Jill thrives on helping others. For Jill, AMS is more than just a job - rather it's an opportunity to help people with disabilities change their lives. Every single one of Jill's customers has left a lasting impression on her. "This company is about helping people improve their lives," Jill says. "This job has a lot of heart - it's a great, great job." We think Jill has a lot of heart, too.

Tracy Martin
Mobility Consultant

With a career that includes B2B sales and film/television production, Tracy Martin was not exactly looking for a life-changing experience when she joined the staff of AMS Vans, Inc. but she quickly came to realize how the ability to travel freely is often taken for granted. Armed with this new discovery, she is determined to make everyone aware that there is an affordable wheelchair van available for those who dream of going places.

Equipment Sales and Van Rentals

Chris Cooper is our towering, go-to expert for equipment sales and renting a wheelchair van. His passion is helping others become active and mobile people again, and he especially loves getting to do that in the family environment here at AMS. “Experiencing those that haven’t driven in a long time and watching them gain their independence back is incredibly rewarding.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Did we mention he's really tall?

Dallas Crum

Danger Dallas, Big D, Texas … whatever you prefer to call him, Dallas is your man to get the job done at AMS. Dallas came to work here when he was just a young sprite, working during his summer breaks from school. His favorite part of the job is how humbled he feels by getting to serve others. For him, working here is more meaningful than just having any job. “I’m here because I feel that AMS is where God wants me to be. I am incredibly thankful for the job I have here and for the customers and co-workers I get to work with everyday.” Dallas lives with his beautiful wife and their adorable Doberman, and his dream is to become a professional triathlete.

Brandi Plemmons Mousseau
In-House Graphic Designer and Vehicle Title Processing Manager

Some people are versatile, but Brandi has grabbed hold of both ends of the creative-to-technical jump-rope simultaneously. Running the title department by day, and drawing up the latest visual literature for the viewing pleasure of the masses by late afternoon, she always has an interesting workday in order. “I love what I do because I get a chance to be an über-perfectionist, but then switch gears and let my creativity flow. Most of all, I really feel as if I’m part of a family here at AMS. I know that my opinions are heard and put to good use, and I love that I can speak honestly to anyone about anything.” Brandi’s personal hobbies include: cooking delicious food, swimming, and e-sports.

Ed Stout
Logistics

Ed Stout is our favorite comic relief around here, but he also takes his job seriously. “One thing I love about this job is the people I work with. We have a common goal, to help others have access to their goals. I live each day to its fullest and am always trying to put a smile on others faces.” Ed has a son and two daughters that keep him running and always let him know that they are smarter than him. His wife is the best part of his life, because “She lets me be me and with that being said, is always willing to let me pull my foot out of my mouth by myself.”

VP of Information Systems

Matt Mousseau and CEO, Kip Crum, work closely together to improve AMS Vans, Inc efficiency. An inherent problem solver, Matt thinks outside the box - or in our case, outside the van! This attribute coupled with his affinity for problem solving and technology makes Matt well suited for his career as Vice President of Information Systems.
