Mobility Rebates by Minivan Manufacturers
The vehicle manufacturers that AMS Vans turns to for the best results in the AMS wheelchair van conversion process also happen to offer disabled customers financial assistance towards the installation of adaptive equipment. Chrysler, Dodge, Volkswagen and Honda each have mobility programs1 for their minivans that provide some reimbursement for accessibility needs.
Chrysler & Dodge "Automobility" Program2
When you buy a new 2010, 2011 or 2012 Town & Country or Grand Caravan, Chrysler Group will give you a cash reimbursement toward your purchase of adaptive equipment on your vehicle.
Volkswagen Mobility Access Program2
Volkswagen provides up to $1,000 towards the purchase and installation of mobility access equipment in a new VW Routan. If modifications are less than $1,000, whatever that amount is will be reimbursed.
Honda Customer Mobility Assistance2
Elligible buyers of a new Odyssey minivan will receive from Honda up to $1,000 for expenses incurred to purchase and install AMS adaptive equipment. Offer applies to the original owner of the Odyssey minivan or their immediate family member needing mobility access.
