Thanks for your email.
My family has purchased 3 vans from AMS now. We have been very satisfied with each and expect that the new one will be just as good.
What I would like to highlight is that Tamara Holland was EXCEPTIONAL!! We went through an arduous process to get the State Medicaid program to do their part. Tamara provided the best customer service anyone could expect. Her grace, patience and constant communications were things not normally experienced. We know from working with her that we are valued by AMS and that you have our backs. She should be commended for her work and diligence.
Alright......Chris has been great! As many of us know, owning an adaptive van requires maintenance on the part of the owner. This being said I am thoroughly impressed by the way these folks have helped with keeping the ramp system in good running order. The vehicle itself is wonderful, I receive compliments often. The service department truly works hard to keep even the most demanding of clients happy. They're really good! Give them a shot!
We have had a very positive experience in dealing with AMS Vans, not only are we pleased with our Van, but we were very impressed with the quality of service that was provided, great people. They made every effort to insure that we understood everything ... from making sure that all our questions were answered to updates during the process of conversion.
All email exchanges were replied to within an hour to minutes of sending one. We looked around online at various conversion Van companies and found that AMS prices were excellent in comparison to other companies. I would highly recommend this company, from start to finish ... Superior!
Thank you AMS Vans!

I just wanted to let you know that we arrived in Fl.
safely. I just wanted to let you know that we love the Dodge Van. It handled beautifully all the way to Fl. My husband is getting used to his power chair and using the van's ramp. I can't believe how easy it has made our life.
I wanted to send you an e-mail to thank you again for all your help.
