I found the staff at AMS to be very friendly and helpful, no pressure at all from the sales team. The van was delivered in a timely fashion and we have had no problems with it. We've also found that the conversion is very well done. The safety harnesses are easy to use. Generally speaking a very good experience.
This letter is long overdue... I was so afraid to write it right away because I was sure, "The wheelchair van that I purchased was too good to be true." I was sure, I would find some horrible hidden defect, so I thought I should wait a few months. Nothing ever turned up... It has been one year now and each time I take my disabled son out, I am even more pleased than the time before. It has been the perfect transportation and the quality of the work couldn't be better.
I am 71 now and I can get him in and out with no problem, all by myself. The rear entry ramp is light and I can raise and lower it with one hand. I am so proud to tell everyone where I bought this wonderful van. I flew down to pick it up, drove back in a snow storm all the way to PA. I kept thinking, "What have I done, making a decision like that to drive a vehicle that I was unfamiliar with?" It drove like a new van, didn't slip even once.
One other thing, the saleslady, Jill, at Norcross, GA was the best of the best. I had to call the repair service once and they were kind and so helpful. Nothing was wrong, but they guided me through a learning process. -
Thank you all so very much for all of your efforts...
Belle Vernon, PA
My experience with AMS Vans was beyond expectations that went over and above to make sure we were taken care of . They took a bad situation and made it as comfortable as possible for my wife. David and his department are great to deal with.
AMS did an amazing job with the conversion and Dan Arbuckle was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied! An overall fun experience and I will be back for more conversions as we continue to grow!
