Spending someone else's money is even more difficult than spending my own!
When my elderly parent's old van, with an exterior wheelchair lift gave out, I began the hunt for a ramp van. My father no longer could transfer in and out of the car. I was especially nervous dealing with a company I found on the Internet that is more than half way across the United States from where we live.
However, my fears were relieved in dealing with AMS Vans. The staff was gracious and accommodating, from the person answering the phones to the sales personnel to the driver who brought it to California. The van was actually delivered ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations, all at almost 10,000 less than local dealers costs. I appreciated being able to use the Internet BBB and Carfax services to make sure things were up and up.
I have already recommended AMS Vans to a friend, who will consider the company on his next van purchase.
Thanks for following up. We like the new van our second from AMS although some of us miss the sun roof on the old AMS van that we traded in!
We have found AMS to be easy to deal with and would recommend you to others. One advantage of trading back to AMS was that we never had a day without a van which was nice. With two young children one handicap, this van is on the move every day.
Anyway, all in all we are happy with the van and your conversion. We would be happy to be a reference for others.
We were also pleased to see that second van on the trailer, which was being delivered to another customer, as it was a rear entry that we were considering but didn't feel we knew enough about. Maybe next time we will go with the rear entry which may be better for us in some ways.

Doug brought us the van right on time this morning. We took a drive neighborhoods and hwy and fit both chairs in the center portion of the van which was a terrific surprise...no front seat removal necessary. We love it and are planning a tour this afternoon!
Maureen said Doug is a really good representative for the company he was fun and informative, making us feel at home in our new van.
We signed the paperwork and gave him the check. Thank you for your assistance in getting us the right van for our needs. If we hear of anyone needing a van we certainly will feel confident in recommending AMS Vans.
