Thank you AMS Vans for the fabulous job you did converting my mom's van. I was skeptical of using a company out of state, but all of my reservations were completely erased. All of your employees were very kind, professional, helpful, and attentive to our individual needs. The van is beautiful, and we are always getting compliments on it. My mom's physical therapist said it was a top-of-the-line job. It is obvious you take pride in your workmanship. You are the best, and I would use your company again in a heartbeat, as well as would recommend you to anyone needing a wheelchair accessible van.
I hope this helps.
Yes, this is the fifth one in two years. Hoping if I buy five the six one is free. ????
No have all been great. And yes I am getting a real bunch of AMS silver plates on my garage wall sent a picture back with Kevin when he delivered the last one. And Malcom has brought the rest. I told him we might have adopt him. What a nice young man. You folks seem to have great bunch of people working for you all. From the the boys in the shop, to the installers, part people, to the sales staff. And the logistics guys gals, to the drivers. My hats off to you one and all. I sent ya all a card........ Have a Merry Christmas. We live in a gated community, it's all over 55 age group. I am the BEST spokes person AMS VANS. Has in southwest Missouri. I tell all about the company, when they ask about the van an where I got the neat Vans. Got to be your best seller. Have a great day. Your friend. Doyle
Best place for accessible vans. Honest, higg quality, and experienced service. Service department's high quality workmanship is a cut above the rest. Their parts are new and are higher quality than some around Atlanta. I had bad work done by another van dealer in metro Atlanta. They refused to finish or correct their mistakes even though I was under warranty with them. They had installed old parts and billed on invoice as new parts. We took the van to AMS! What a Delightful contrast. We paid an independent specislist whom determined AMS work on our van as an "A". They tested and retested the previous work by the "bad" dealer . They replaced the bad and exposed wiring with new and unexposed wiring. They made the van safer and user friendly. We trust AMS to take care of our van needs. We know they are looking out for us! - Kathy S.
All is well here. The van arrived as promised and I was very pleased. It was everything I hoped for and more! Everyone that sees it thinks that I bought it new from the showroom floor! It looks that great! A few days after the van arrived Dustin had a doctor's appointment in Monroe, about 60 miles north of us. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to NOT have him transfer in and out of the car and break down the wheelchair numerous times!! In the times before the van, we would go straight to the doctor and come straight home due to the hassels of loadingunloading etc. This trip though, we went to the doctor, stopped at a music store for a quick guitar repair, went to the mall for a haircut and some shopping, then to the airport to meet family that was flying in from Los Angeles. Let me tell you, that is THE MOST Dustin has done in one day since his accident 3 YEARS ago!! He enjoyed every minute of it! I THANK YOU so much for all your help in getting the van for us. I would certainly recommend AMS Vans to anyone out there looking to purchase one.
Testimonial | Review - Handicap Van Buyers Rusty and LuAnne S Are Happy with Their Handicap Van Purchase in Coats, NC
Just wanted to say that we are really enjoying our van, we were a little nervous about buying and not seeing the van in person but when it arrived at our home we found the van to be just as you had said and more, the driver was so friendly and spend all the time needed to go over entire operation of our handicap van.
The time that you spend with us picking our van out and keeping in touch was a great experience and would not think twice about doing it again when needed. I would recommend anyone that needed a accessible van to contact AMS and let them provide the same wonderful experience that we had in purchasing our van.
Thanks again for keeping in touch and hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and will have a wonderful Christmas.
