I am writing to let you know how very much it means to get a prompt, courteous, knowledgeable reply when there is a problem with a van. Brent Myrand purchased and received his adapted van in June 2014 in MI and has now moved to MN. When the ramp lift broke a week ago, Chris at AMS called back within minutes of my call and set the wheels in motion regarding replacement and a mechanic to go to. Now unfortunately the chair lock mechanism has failed but right away Josh and Dan again set the wheels in motion in order to facilitate repairs. Dan in particular acknowledged what a hardship these breakdowns are in terms of transportation for Brent. That goes beyond "customer service" and shows a caring attitude about the people that you service. Kudos to your company.
You told me that the day I flew into Atlanta to pick up the van would be quick and easy and you weren't kidding. You had everything set up perfectly. I can't say enough great things about everyone I met or spoke to along the way of making a very trying decision. We couldn't be happier with the way things worked out or the van itself.
It took me almost a year of watching your web site, checking what little I knew to check, and then just trusting God and going for it. You put me at ease when I made that first contact and answered all my questions. I still wasn't totally sure but, then again, I'm from Missouri, the "Show-Me" state. I guess we're a tough bunch to convince. With southern hospitality you, indeed, showed me that everything was going to be fine.
The drive back to St. Louis was smooth as could be and I arrived home before dark so the family and neighbors could see the new van. Everyone was extremely impressed.
Thank you very much for making the process much easier than I would ever have dreamed.
One more thing that you may or may not have heard before. I forgot I'm sorry the young man's name who picked me up at the airport but he spoke very highly of the company as we rode back to see you. It was really genuine. He really felt that he was truly doing something that was personally rewarding. I've been in customer service most of my life and I know that customers remember the first and last person whom they deal with the most. He made a great impression on me and you left me with an even greater impression of AMS Vans.

Alright......Chris has been great! As many of us know, owning an adaptive van requires maintenance on the part of the owner. This being said I am thoroughly impressed by the way these folks have helped with keeping the ramp system in good running order. The vehicle itself is wonderful, I receive compliments often. The service department truly works hard to keep even the most demanding of clients happy. They're really good! Give them a shot!
Testimonial | Review - Handicap Van Buyer Sandra B Is Happy with Her Handicap Van Purchase in Dickson, TN
We are from the state of TN and vans that are set up for the wheelchair user are hard to find, that's one that we can afford.
We just bought our second van from AMS and can't tell you how happy we are with the whole transaction. They made it so easy being out of state to purchase. For a little fee they brought it right to our door and it sure helped my husband out. This van is so special for me and my handicapped daughter. I can drive it and taking her to appointments and shopping is a pleasure. Everything works just fine for all of us. Dealing with a company out of state was no problem. We just took our papers to our state department and they did the rest.
