Thanks Norm and Wayne for helping my son receive his wheelchair van. Norm you were a big help with all the questions I had. Know my son wears a big smile and his mother has a little bit more peace in her heart. Wayne thank you for shipping the van way ahead of schedule.
Thank you! Looking for a van online was definitely the way to go. I loved the fact that it was easy, we could see everything online, and of course talk to a "real" sales person. You all were very patient regarding payment, and it was very easy. I would have to say that buying this van was WAY EASIER then buying a new car at the dealership! My Dad was impressed with the pricing, due to a new van costing thousands of dollars more, and we were able to get one wlow miles and to us, it was brand new. I would highly recommend this site to anyone purchasing out of state due to it being so easy to see and purchase a van..oh and we also appreciated the demo in how to work the van! I know my Dad will love it, and it will give our family the freedom and ease to go out and seedo things together.
The van is great, and we LOVE IT!!!!
Thank you, Jill and AMS Vans!!!

Wanted to let you know that the experience with AMS has been one of the most pleasant we've had in the 25 years we've been dealing with handicapped accessories. This van is just wonderful. You all did a great job. And the big thing is it has all been hassle free. You worked with the insurance reps and cut out alot of the stress for us. Everyone there is so pleasant. I haven't had a chance to e-mail and let you know how good your delivery man is. Just a pleasure to talk with and very knowlegable of his job, and all you do at AMS.
Thank you and hopefully I will get to meet some of you in person one day.

The replacement ramp control module in my Grand Caravan has been successfully installed. Everything works as advertised.
I must confess that I asked my mechanic in Huntsville to install the module. I did not have a protected work area, and besides I have my hands full taking care of my wife, so my mechanic did it.
Chris advised me to trash the old module, but I will keep it as an emergency back up. Everything works with that module except the remote fobs.
Thank you and Chris for the GREAT service. AMS has proven itself to be a top-notch customer oriented operation.
