Things are looking up! We are pleased with the mobility the van is providing the entire family, and a whole new world has opened up for Jeanne!
Without hesitation, I would recommend AMS Vans to anyone needing a modified wheelchair van. We were nervous to make a major purchase online, sight unseen, from a company several hundred miles away. However, you were quickly able to convince us that you would work in our best interest, and that is exactly what you did. I could tell from our initial conversation that selling customers the right van was much more than your job it was your ministry. We were able to experience firsthand your company's honesty and integrity. When we had serious concerns with the van turning itself off, we received calls from Kip and Chris within minutes of reporting the problem. Chris handled the situation with the highest degree of customer service imaginable. We thank you and the entire AMS staff for the concern shown to us, and for sending a replacement van.
We will never forget the kind and gentle people of AMS Vans. Please extend our thanks to everyone. We can describe our experience in one word - INCREDIBLE!
Thank you so much! I can't say enough about your company! I got my van in 1996.And have had very very few problems since. Gave me a lot of pease of Mind. I have no use of my all arms or legs but it is so nice to be able to get out of my house with the aid of a caregiver and you're van. Thank you again!
I wanted to take a couple of minutes and thank you for your assistance in selling our van. I really appreciate the painless way in which we were able to do business. Your pickup agent was very professional and literally had the transaction completed minutes. As I told him, working with AMS Vans was a real pleasure when we purchased the van, and again with the buy back program. Again, thanks for your help and the professionalism demonstrated buy your entire Team.
Testimonial | Review - Handicap Van Buyers Judy and Rich T Are Happy with Their Handicap Van Purchase in Fairfax Station, VA
We made our "maiden voyage" on Monday.
Still need more practice, but overall, it went very well. Our neighbor, Gloria Price, who made the referral to AMS, was a big help in giving me hints on wheelchair navigation in the van. The van she got from you (a couple of years ago) is also the 2007 Town and Country.
