We had our van retro fitted through ams vans I forget the name of the very nice person that helped us with the process I do recall it was less than an hour from driving into the parking lot signing contracts and unloading our van and loading the rental even better the process we were told at other places was to take 8-12 weeks we were told 2 weeks at ams guess what it was not 2 weeks but less love you guys you made a very difficult task very much more easier to undertake
You see we were told that approximately 2 weeks after purchasing our van we were told that our child would need a wheelchair to help with mobility then a month later we were given even more difficult news from genetic testing its been an adjustment to say the least your salesman was very informative that helped with making our decision to travel to Georgia a no brainier
Donna and Corey Berman
Thanks Norm and Wayne for helping my son receive his wheelchair van. Norm you were a big help with all the questions I had. Know my son wears a big smile and his mother has a little bit more peace in her heart. Wayne thank you for shipping the van way ahead of schedule.
This is my new go to place for service. Customer service was spot on. The price was right and fair for the services I recieved. I will no longer do business with the other company in the Pasadena area where I always felt like I got the shake down.
