Dear Todd and all the staff at AMS Vans Wanted to drop you a note to give our sincere thanks to you and your folks there at AMS for our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van, featuring your Legend conversion. As our disabled wheelchair-bound daughter aged, so did we, and searching for an easy, efficient and reasonably priced way to transport her became our mission. We could no longer rely on our own manpower and the wheelchair carrier attached to our pickup. My husband has always vehicle shopped the "hands on way" ... smell the new car smell, push all the buttons, personally view all the features, take a test drive and only then make his decision. A conversion van is certainly not found at a conventional car dealership. Using the internet to make such an important purchase seemed foreign and honestly a bit scary to us but we took the plunge. After a quick search, AMS Vans website came up and we viewed, reviewed and studied what was offered there. After some discussion and yet more discussion, we made the phone call and Todd's friendly voice came on the other end of the phone. After listening to our needs, he offered AMS's knowledge, experience and advice. Offering information about AMS Vans and their history of making peoples lives a bit easier. Todd and my husband discussed our situation at great length and within 24 hours he called back and offered a solution to our needs. AMS was even able to come up with our color preference you have to understand how choosy my husband is! After going over the financial detail, AMS Vans extensive dealer prep of the van and delivery arrangements, the deal was confirmed. Less than 10 days later, our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Van with Legend conversation, was in our driveway! Delivery went very smooth with all details of the vehicle expertly demonstrated and explained. Our daughter is smiling, as we too are, and our life is much easier and family travel is very enjoyable. Every day since we wonder how we managed before our new van. We would not hesitate to refer others to Todd and his wonderful co-workers. They truly take the time to understand their customer's individual needs and have their best interests in mind when working out a solution for the handicapped individual and for those who care for them.
