Thank you, so very much for all your help with our 17 year old van. The moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by Donovan, Mike helped us, then Josh was extremely knowledgable and helped us. Josh went the extra mile with putting bolts in the ramp.
We absolutely love the van. When we used to go anywhere, I had to get mom in the car, ride the power chair to the back of the car, put down the lift, ride the chair onto the lift, strap the chair, and then raise the lift. This was not fun in cold or rainy
We bought our wheelchair accessible van from AMS Vans, and from inquiry to delivery it was fantastic. Our salesman, Alan Siegel, even called us after the delivery to make sure everything was ok. Let me tell you, I have been buying vehicles for forty years
After several weeks of searching the Internet for handicap accessible vans for sale, I found a web site for AMS van sales. After looking through their inventory and selecting a van that I would love to have, I sent an email inquiring about financing. The price was in the price range that I thought I could afford and the salesman was very professional and willing to help me with any questions that I had. He helped me get over the uneasiness of making a purchase without seeing the van. He assured me if I was not 100 percent satisfied that I would not have to keep the van once it was delivered to my house. The company worked hard at helping me receive the van before we were to go on vacation. The delivery man arrived at the time that we had agreed on and was very helpful with all questions that we had. I am very pleased with my new van and it has made my life less stressful knowing that I have a vehicle that I can trust to get me to and from the places that I have to go to. I highly recommend AMS to anyone looking to buy a van.
