I purchased a van for my mother in June 2017 the customer service was great. The process to purchase and have the van delivered was straight forward and easy. Unfortunately after only having the van for two weeks a couple cylinders blew in the engine. As

dear ams vans,
it took me several years to be able to accept a handicap vehicle into my life. the expierience of being transported in a huge handicap van after my injury was always a bit humiliating to me. being lifted 3 feet in the air on a lift then ge
I was somewhat skeptical about buying a van I had never driven or seen. My mom worried it would arrive with no wheels or something other than what it seemed. All I can say is "WOW". The van is GREAT, and it had all four wheels. I am very pleased with my van. My son is 15 and has Muscular Dystrophy and has to be in a wheelchair. He had a 1996 van with a lift. He hated it because it lifted him up in the air which drew attention from others looking on. He loves this van because he just quietly drives up the ramp and is inside safe and unseen. For that I am grateful for this beautiful van and all who helped in putting a smile on my sons face. Jill was wonderful and so were the two gentlemen who delivered it to Tennessee. I would encourage anyone needing a wheelchair van to call AMS. They are wonderful!!! Thank you Jill Rowe.
