Meet the Mobility Professionals at AMS Vans

On the phone, via email, or face to face, our expert mobility consultants and professionals know how to get you the freedom and independence only a handicap accessible vehicle can provide.

Whether you intend to buy or rent a wheelchair van, our top-tier team will tell you everything you need -- and want -- to know about our company, our conversions, our delivery service, and our incomparable after-care. We work to make your purchase experience pleasant from the first contact to when you take possession of your handicap van. Meet the AMS Vans mobility professionals below!

JP Jackson

JP Jackson
Mobility Consultant

Better known as "Action" Jackson, JP is a six-year veteran of the professional golf industry, where he learned how to mix business with pleasure, and his approach to selling wheelchair accessible vans is always up to par. JP grew up in Georgia, loves the UGA Bulldogs, and is the embodiment of "Southern Hospitality" here at AMS Vans. On his journey in life, JP discovered that God had different plans for him than that of being a professional golfer, and that plan was to serve people. He found the perfect opportunity to make it happen in a rewarding, meaningful way at AMS Vans, and he loves serving our customers with the best product and price in the industry. When he's not providing our customers with freedom and independence, JP still practices his putting in the showroom.

Scott Thomas

Scott Thomas
Mobility Consultant

When his customers take their newly purchased wheelchair accessible van on the road for the very first time, Scott Thomas wants each and every one of them to feel supremely confident they're enjoying mobility freedom in one of the safest and most reliable handicap vehicles available. That's why he's here -- because he knows any minivan from AMS Vans will bring on that feeling every time! Scott is thrilled to be part of an organization recognized nationally for its mission to offer genuinely affordable wheelchair vans of superior quality. His enthusiasm for what he does will be evident the first time you meet him, whether it's on the phone or in person. When he's not here helping individuals and families find their ideal, life-changing handicap van, Scott's into fishing, science fiction, and spending quality time with his wife and children.

Chris Legault

Chris Legault
Warranty and Tech Support Manager

After the keys to your AMS van are in your hands, Chris Legault is the go-to guy for conversion issues you might experience down the road. If anything goes wrong while the conversion is under warranty, Chris has your back. During your call, he can diagnose the problem and put you in touch with the closest approved service center. When the warranty runs out, he's still there with support. Chris loves helping our customers -- they might not be happy when they call him, but they're definitely happy afterward! He wants you to feel comfortable about calling anyone here, because we're all on the same track -- from sales to service. After all, you have to trust us to provide you with the best van for your needs, and he knows we all take that seriously. Chris's passions? Motorcycles and chocolate -- especially chocolate ice cream!

Emory Frady

Emory Frady
Mobility Technician

An electrician by trade, Emory is an expert at wiring adaptive equipment to customize our handicap van just for you. At AMS Vans, everything from hand controls for driving to transfer seats for comfortable travel is in Emory's domain. He goes home to his wife and three children at the end of the day knowing that he's helped a few more people with disabilities drive again, and that makes him feel terrific! Emory wants our customers to leave satisfied, come back when they want another van, and tell their friends about us. His passions are off-road motorcycle adventures and playing with his grandkids, who "can do no wrong" in his eyes.

Dallas Crum

Dallas Crum
Community Relations / Business Development

Danger Dallas, Big D, Texas—whatever you call him—is your man to get the job done at AMS Vans. As our Community Relations & Business Development officer, Dallas does a little bit of everything around here, and it adds up to a lot! His favorite part of the job is serving others. For him, the work he does here is meaningful, and it's so much more than just having a job. He says, "God my father has saved me. All of me, and all I have is His. I am incredibly thankful for the job I have here and for the customers and co-workers I get to work with every day." Dallas goes home to a beautiful wife, adorable children, and a beloved Doberman.
